The estate we offer on the market is peacefully situated in a quiet neighbourhood, at the end of the village of Mihaltsi. It comprises three rooms connected with a corridor and a small terrace disposed on 55 sq. m. of living area. The estate comes with a spacious basement comfortable for storing belongings. The house is fitted with electricity; running water is available in the yard but it can be easily installed inside as well as a telephone line. The toilet is external and a new bathroom needs to be built. As a whole the construction of the house is preserved and stable – with stone foundations, brick built, with wooden flooring and wouldn’t need extensive renovations. The plot, including a few old farm building, is 860 sq. m. wide, facing a gravel road. The village of Mihaltsi benefits from its good location – 9 km away from the town of Pavlikeni and 29 km from the town of VELIKO TARNOVO. The tourism is developing more and more in this region due to the unspoilt nature, fresh air and calmness of the Bulgarian rural countryside. The town of Pavlikeni offers a number of landmarks (Art Gallery, Zoo, Monument to those who perished in the wars…). The town of VELIKO TARNOVO also grabs with its rich history - the Tsarevets Hill Archaeological Reserve in the eastern part of the modern town - the fortified wall, which in combination with the natural endowments, provided safety of the institutions, which were of the greatest importance for the Bulgarian state, is restored. The so-called Baldwin Tower in which Tsar Kaloyan confined the Latin Emperor Baldwin after his capture during the defeat of the Crusaders in 1205 near Odrin rises in its most southern part. One of the most interesting sites is the Palace of Bulgarian Tsars representing an independent fortress situated on the area of 4872 square metres. The most impressive premises in the Palace were the Throne Hall and St. Petka Palace Church. The Palace whose building was expanded several times during the 13th and the 14th century, was completely destroyed after the town fell under Ottoman Rule.
